smina 용 금속 이온 도킹 옵션
Autodock Vina 변종중 하나인 smina에서 사용하려고 만든 금속이온에 대한 결합력 스코어입니다.
smina --custom_scoring custom_scoring.txt 옵션을 추가해주면 됩니다.
custom_scoring.txt 파일엔 다음 내용을 넣어줍니다.
일단 weight parameter는 -1.0으로 설정했지만, 도킹이 잘 안될경우 더 증가시키는 방향으로 조절할 수 있습니다.
